Emotional Release Therapy
Emotional release therapy is an energy healing method that has become widely known as one of the most effective methods for creating quick and lasting change for someone. It involves releasing and overcoming stuck emotions like anger, sadness, guilt, grief and hurt within both the mind and the body.
What is Emotional Release Therapy?
Emotional release therapy is an energy healing process that helps us release unresolved negative emotions and limiting belief systems that may have been there for a long time or shown up for you recently. It has become widely known as one of the most effective methods for creating therapeutic, quick and lasting change. It involves releasing and overcoming emotions such as grief, guilt, sadness, anger and hurt within both the mind and body. It can ease pain by giving relief to distress, suffering and help you to manage their potential causes.
It is about helping you when it comes to releasing trapped emotions, healing emotional pain, releasing negative emotions and letting go of grief, like an emotional detox for clearing negative emotions. It can also be used to overcome procrastination and phobias.
What Happens In An ERT Session
During an ERT session you remain fully clothed. You can choose whether to lie down or sit up for this therapy. It is your decision as to whether to voice your concerns with me during the treatment or you can have your own space to acknowledge your thoughts within yourself and just release the emotion with me.
Emotional release therapy will also guide you to manage your emotions and release them for years to come.
It lasts approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
